As we prepare to move our family across the ocean again, we feel a burden to build up our prayer team beyond anything we’ve done before. We are praying for 24 prayer warriors FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK! Here is what we have so far:
Sunday - 8 prayer warriors
Monday - 11
Tuesday - 8
Wednesday - 6
Thursday - 6
Friday - 7
Saturday - 3 (any weekend warriors out there?)
If you would be willing to join, click the picture above or the link at the top that says “Pray”. When you sign-up, you will select a day of the week that you commit to spending time praying for the nations, for Lumenations and for our family and the global ministry God has given us. You will get an e-mail from us on that day of the week with the updated prayer list. Being on our prayer team will give you an in-depth “inside track” on all that is going on as well. In other words, it will not be a “short list” but it will entail pretty much everything we are hoping you will pray about and everyone we are needing you to pray for. This is, by far, the most important thing you could do to bless this work. You may know of some other prayer warriors as well. Feel free to mobilize them to partner with us in prayer as well. If we do not know them, we will ask for a reference from either someone we know already or from a ministry leader from their church. (this is for security purposes)
Ephesians 6:18-20: And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
